                               Not to ring our own bell, but when it comes to commercial T.I. work, we're pretty awesome!  Our work

                               itself is fantastic, but where we really excel and provide a particularly tangible value to the client is on

                               projects requiring expedited schedules.  We understand that in business, every minute you are

                               not open is a minute that you are losing money.  Expedited project schedules are our specialty; taking

                               it one step further, if the client is amenable and it is operationally feasible for the business, we will

                               schedule all of the work at night and on weekends (and holidays if any occur during the build), and

                               phase each shift, each day in such a way that allows the business can maintain its normal hours of

                               operation during the entire course of construction, in order to minimize or eliminate lost revenue and

                               economic impact to the business.

         Currently we have a three-year exclusive contract with the City of Los Angeles' Department of Building & Safety as their sole

         barricade contractor, securing any building or structure which is issued an abatement & barricade order in the city of Los

         Angeles; we are also under contract with the Los Angeles Department of Public Works as an approved contractor to perform

         on-call sidewalk repair & construction services for the agency; additionally, we are under contract with the Los Angeles         

         Community College District as a general building contractor, performing building renovations (interior and exterior), site upgrades

         and general construction services as a approved contractor on projects up to $2.5M.

                                        Although sustainable/environmentally responsible construction practices are not exclusive

                                   to the LEED rating system, we find that the USGBC's construction protocols and rating system for

                                building performance are the most comprehensive, organized and well-devised system in the industry.

                           Accordingly, we have taken the time to learn and understand it. We have LEED accredited personnel on staff,

                      and established relationships with other experienced LEED professionals for your project seeking LEED certification.
