Clay Reed,

Clay has more than 20 years of project management experience, with the last 12 years spent exclusively in construction. Working in a gamut of roles in the industry including framer, site superintendent, sustainable construction analyst, project manger, and multiple program director roles, Clay has extensive experience in commercial and residential construction, public works contracting and sustainable building. Prior to founding Aaxis, Clay served as director for Chase Bank’s nationwide renovation program, overseeing the renovation of more than 2800 bank branches throughout the United States. Clay is a licensed general building contractor, a licensed general engineering contractor, and a LEED accredited professional (LEED AP).

With more than 25 years of team leadership in the military and the construction industry, John brings considerable leadership experience to Aaxis, managing some of the most important aspects of our business, including safety and quality control. Before earning his bachelor's degree in telecommunications management, John spent 4 years in the US Air Force as an aircraft maintenance specialist working on C-141 and C-5 aircraft, and 8 years as a line production supervisor on the DC-10 and MD-11 aircraft programs for McDonnell Douglas. A licensed C-7 (low voltage) contractor, John designs all of the plans for our low-voltage projects but primarily, he oversees field operations for the company.
