"Sorry, this is long overdue, but wanted to THANK YOU and your crew for the fantastic job you did on renovating my condo!  I am in love w/ my new kitchen and as you can see (I've attached pictures) the dining room and bath/bed room walls and floors turned out great w/ all my furniture in it.  I loved your professionalism and even though I didn't always like your answer (by our many discussions) you were right and honest with me and that is what I expected from a contractor.  Thanks for dealing with my crazy building rules and thanks for minimizing complaints to me!"
